Founder
Olo established CSC-Asbl to support vulnerable communities, especially women and children affected by conflict in DR Congo. Guided by the mission 'Healing Hearts, Building Futures,' and with a background in civil engineering and certifications in leadership, fundraising, and child safeguarding, he leads the organization with a deep commitment to the values of Dignity, Humanity, and Solidarity. His personal experiences of hardship inspire his mission to bring hope and empowerment to those in need.

Doreen Hosking
Adviser
Doreen Hosking is a retired Food Scientist with an MSc in Food Science and Microbiology and a qualification in Dietetics. She has a diverse background, having taught Food Science, Nutrition, and Chemistry at various colleges and served as a Financial Director in a small business. Doreen also worked with government-funded organizations, helping unemployed individuals start their own businesses. Her deep interest in cultures led her to pursue an MA in Middle Eastern Politics, focusing on Arab and Muslim cultures. Inspired by her six grandchildren, Doreen became an environmental activist, advocating for action on Climate Change and loss of biodiversity.
At CSC-Asbl, Doreen uses her expertise to develop global warming mitigation and environmental management projects, contributing to the organization's mission of creating a better future. She also shares her insights on climate change through her blog,

Seymour Hosking is a trustee at CSC-Asbl with extensive experience in IT systems, focusing on the interaction between humans and software. He served as Managing Director of Financial & Property Software, where he developed the LandMaster property management system. During his career he worked at Arup Associates, IATA, and IBM. Seymour holds an MBA and a B.Sc. in Mathematics from the University of Glasgow. His commitment to helping people understand and effectively use technology has been a consistent theme throughout his career. At CSC-Asbl, Seymour applies his expertise to support the organization's mission and guide its strategic direction.

Maria is a seasoned international development expert with a robust background in Africa, Central, and Latin America. She has led key initiatives, such as enhancing community infrastructure in Cameroon and expanding the United Nations Volunteer Programme in Nicaragua. Maria also played a pivotal role in the EU's PAcCTO programme, focusing on justice reform and combating organized crime in Latin America. Her academic credentials include a Master of Science in Public Policy from the London School of Economics, a Postgraduate Diploma in Conflict Prevention from Universidad Complutense, Madrid, and ongoing PhD studies in Government and Public Administration.
Maria's extensive experience and academic expertise are instrumental in driving CSC-Asbl's mission forward, ensuring strategic growth and impactful community support.

Francine is a dedicated professional, currently based in Lubumbashi where she lives with her husband. Growing up in a large family, she developed a strong sense of resilience and support. As the sister of our founder, Byolenganya Olo, Francine was an essential pillar, providing constant emotional and moral support to Olo during their school years, despite the challenges of discrimination.
Francine has solid experience in intercontinental trade and is also a trainer in professional skills for young girls. She specializes in the production of liquid soaps, bakery products, and hygiene products for sanitary cleaning. At CSC-Asbl, Francine continues to contribute to the organization's mission by using her skills to improve the economic and social opportunities of young women.

Nick Atzeni
Adviser
Nick Atzeni is a Certified Integrative Emotional Intelligence Coach and Emotional Quotient Analyst, with a focus on the human factors influencing thought, behavior, and performance. As a member of the UK’s Association for Coaching and an experienced EI Trainer, Nick has collaborated with prominent clients like Aston Villa Foundation, Dinamo Zagreb FC, and Patrick Mboma.
Beyond his work in sports and business, Nick serves as a Senior Tutor at the School of Philosophy and Economic Science, and is a frequent speaker at international forums, including the Africa Football Business Summit. His global experience across the UK, Italy, Cameroon, Kenya, Poland, and Spain provides valuable insight to CSC-Asbl’s mission. At CSC-Asbl, Nick’s expertise supports the Play4Peace and Mental Health Support (P4PM) program, empowering youth and fostering resilience in under-resourced communities.
